MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) is an international organization designed to meet the needs of any mom with preschool children: www.mops.org (This includes newborn to 5 years old).

MOPS at Faith Church meets twice a month on Thursday mornings (September through May) for fun, friendship, learning, and fellowship in a caring, Christ-centered atmosphere. We meet the first and third Thursday of the month from 9am- 11:30am in the fireplace room on the lower level. We meet starting September 18, 2008 through May 21, 2009. 

While you meet with other moms, your kids are enjoying nursery or class time with our loving staff of teachers. They hear bible stories, complete a craft and have snack and gym time.  There is a cost for MOPS.  However, a mom of a preschooler will not be excluded from MOPS on the basis of financial need, race, or marital status.

9:00 am to 11:30 am and

typically incudes…

Breakfast Buffet…YUMMM!

Every MOPS meeting there is a table full

of delicious breakfast food, coffee and

tea. What a great way to start off the

morning chatting and eating with your

friends

An Outstanding Speaker
We have many different people that

speak on areas such as womanhood,

marriage, child-rearing and our

relationship with God. The talks range

from “How to be a good parent” to

“How to decorate and organize your

home”. You don’t want to miss them!

Small Group

This is a fantastic time to develop

friendships! We have over 60 moms

that attend MOPS, so this is a more

 intimate setting to really talk about

your life and make some special friends.

Crafts

These are not your normal “throw

in the garbage can when I get home

crafts” – these are amazing! We have

a remarkable craft person that shows

 us how to make anything from First

Aid kits, to cards, to jewelry.

It's Not To Late...

The 2008-2009 season of MOPS began on Tuesday, September 18th.  But, registration is open year-round!

 So, remember it's never too late to make your day a MOPS day!!!
