Mothering is both art and science. It combines all of who we are to shape healthy, resilient children. Mothering is so complex, it requires both sides of our brain - not to mention our hands and feet, eyes and ears, mouth and unfortunately, sometimes even our noses.

Come join us this year at MOPS of Faith Church as we examine motherhood.

This is an informational page for the MOPS group at Faith Church in Allentown, PA part of MOPS International.

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) is an international organization designed to meet the needs of any mom with preschool children (this includes newborn to 5 year olds). www.mops.org

MOPS at Faith Church meets twice a month on Thursday mornings (September through May) for fun, friendship, learning, and fellowship in a caring, Christ-centered atmosphere. We meet the first and third Thursday of the month from 9- 11:30am in the fireplace room on the lower level. We meet starting the twenty third of September and run through the nineteenth of May.

While you meet with other moms, your kids are enjoying nursery or class time with our loving staff of teachers. They hear Bible stories, complete a craft, and have snack and gym time. There is a cost for MOPS. However, a mom of a preschooler will not be excluded from MOPS on the basis of financial need, race, or marital status.

9:00 to 11:30 am and

Breakfast Buffet…YUMMM! in the "Cafeteria"

Every MOPS meeting, there is a table full of delicious breakfast food, coffee and tea. What a great way to start off the morning chatting and eating with your friends.

An Outstanding Speaker
We have many different people that

speak on areas such as womanhood,

marriage, child-rearing and our

relationship with God. The talks range

from “How to be a good parent” to

“How to decorate and organize your

home”. This year we are going to add a SPA Day, talk about cutting our grocery bills in half, and enjoy a Mother's Day tea with a woman we admire. You don’t want to miss them!

Small Group - our "Study Hall"

This is a fantastic time to develop

friendships! We have over 60 moms

that attend MOPS, so this is a more

intimate setting to really talk about

your life and make some special friends.
